Amanda Ainsworth
Operations Coordinator
With a career spanning global security operations, emergency response, humanitarian aid procurement and distribution, and high-performance coaching, Amanda brings a rare blend of operational leadership, strategic thinking, and human-centred insight to complex and high-pressure environments. Amanda currently serves as Operations Coordinator at Empire Solutions Group, supporting international security operations and critical decision-making across global environments.
Alongside this, she serves as a whole-time firefighter, operating on the frontline of emergency response and crisis management within the community. These roles reinforce a leadership style grounded in clarity under pressure, disciplined execution, and an unwavering commitment to team welfare and mission success.
Amanda’s professional journey also includes founding and leading multiple ventures. In 2014, she established and managed a successful engineering company, overseeing staff, logistics, and operational delivery. She later founded Alpha Fitness, a specialist coaching organisation focused on elite adaptive athletes. Under her leadership, athletes achieved global success at the 2023 Adaptive CrossFit Games, securing first, third, and fifth place worldwide.
Beyond professional leadership, Amanda has spent over a decade engaged in humanitarian work across Europe. Her work has included coordinating aid distribution projects in refugee camps, leading fundraising initiatives, and establishing psychological support groups within displaced communities. These efforts led to an invitation for her to speak at a European Convention for refugees in Paris. More recently, she supported Children of Ukraine, travelling to the country in 2025 and operating in high-risk regions including Donbass, Kharkiv, and Kherson.
Earlier in her career, Amanda spent more than ten years working as a psychotherapeutic counsellor within youth offending teams, probation services, and substance misuse programmes. She holds a First-Class Honours degree in Primary Education and has taught in some of the world’s most dangerous refugee camps, where education and stability served as critical lifelines.
Across every chapter of her career — from global security coordination to frontline emergency response, entrepreneurship, and humanitarian service — Amanda’s work is guided by a consistent principle: working with integrity and compassion, delivering calm leadership, developing strategic structure, and building resilience in environments where people need it most.
